Retail Sales Tax Explanation

History

Effective October 1, 2025 providers of IT Services in Washington State were required to report retail sales tax per ESSB 5814.
Updates to the law continue to emerge. OlympusNet will start collecting the tax effective 2026-08-01.
I wasn’t aware of the law until July 2026.
