Modify Windows 10 Mail

The purpose of this page is to describe how to access the settings in an email account to make changes.

  1. Click Mail to open it.
  2. Select the gear icon in the lower right of the left panel. Select Manage Accounts.

  3. Under Manage Accounts, click on your OlympusNet account if you need to make a change to the settings, such as a password change. If you want to add another account, click Add account.

  4. To update a password, remove the dots in the Password field and type in the new one. Scroll down and click the Save button. If a Server Name needs to be updated, instead click on Change mailbox sync settings.

  5. To update Server names, scroll down to find and click Advanced mailbox settings, Incoming and outgoing mail server info. The scroll bar is hidden unless you mouse over where one is expected on the right.

  6. Scroll down to the Incoming and Outgoing email server.
    • For accounts, enter in both fields.
    • For domain email (, enter in both fields.
    • All 4 checkboxes should be checked.
    • Click Done when finished.
