Mark Email as Spam last modified

The purpose of this page is to describe how to mark email as spam for OlympusNet’s upstream spam filters.

  1. Log into Webmail with your olympus.net email address and password.

  2. Select the Inbox. Mark the checkboxes to the left of the spam emails.
    Then select the Spam icon. Select Spam in Webmail Inbox

  3. The first time you select the emails as Spam, a popup asks for your acceptance to share spams in the Spam folder with our upstream spam service.
    Select Accept.

  4. Selecting the Spam icon will move marked email from the Inbox to the Spam folder and report it to our upstream spam filter.
  5. If spam persists, call OlympusNet for help.
