Recover Email from the Spam Folder

This document describes how to recover the email you want from the Spam folder in OlympusNet Webmail.

  1. Log in to Webmail with your email address and password.
  2. Select the Spam folder to view email quarantined by the spam filters as spam. Items in the Spam folder are not downloaded to your computer.
  3. Select the checkboxes beside the emails you want to download to your computer. Select Not Spam in the gray band above the viewing pane.
  4. The emails will go to the Inbox and download next time you check email. Note: if you open the emails in Webmail, they will not download unless you select Mark As Unread from the Mark menu in the gray band. They will download to the dates in your Inbox according to the date the email was received on the server.
