Modify Windows Thunderbird

*Note: Thunderbird does not have a password field in the settings once an account has been set up. If your email password has been changed, simply close Thunderbird. When Thunderbird is reopened, it will prompt you to enter the (new) password before it opens. Enter the new password, check the checkbox Use Password Manager to remember this password and click OK.

If your settings are correct and there are still problems with Thunderbird, it is always a good idea to try reinstalling the latest version of Thunderbird from mozilla.org.

The purpose of this page is to describe how an existing email account may be modified to work with OlympusNet email servers. If email is working, nothing needs to be changed.
