Select for Deletion

  1. In Webmail, to the right of the Inbox you’ll see the list of email subject lines and sender, with a checkbox beside each email. (If you do not see Inbox, Drafts, Sent folders column, and instead see an icon of a folder, minimize your text size. (Windows: hold down Alt key while clicking the - key a few times. Mac: hold down Command key while clicking the - key.)
  2. Above the list of emails, click on the word Select to reveal the options for putting a check into multiple checkboxes beside emails automatically. The checkboxes may also be checkmarked manually by clicking on the boxes.
  3. *Warning: clicking All will select all of your emails, including pages you cannot see if you have multiple pages of email. If you are trying to reduce your mail storage, it is usually safer to select one “Current Page” at a time to review emails you can see.
  4. After making the desired selection, click on the Delete icon in the top right-hand of the viewing screen.
  5. Other options for selected emails include: Spam (marks as Spam and moves to Spam folder), Mark (various options), and More (various options).
